My name is Stremena Tuzsuzova-Petrova and I’m born in the city of Varna, Bulgaria. From an early age drawing and painting have been part of my life. As a child of engineers, it was difficult for me to imagine myself as an artist, so I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Technologies at the Technical University of Varna. During that time I found a way to combine my passion for art & drawing with my studies. Later, I started working as a graphic and web designer and I got a master’s degree in Engineering Design. I believe my work experience in the fields of design contributed a lot to my knowledge about composition and color.

Since 2012, I live in Karlsruhe, Germany. I work as a freelance graphic designer and I also create digitally and traditionally painted graphics and illustrations.

In July 2017 I had my first solo exhibition called “Human, Animal, Nature” in gallery Art61, Karlsruhe. In the exhibition I presented many of my latest paintings and figure drawings. As an artist, I’ve always been inspired by the human body and its gestures of feeling and emotion. I admire the genius of nature and perfection in the body structure of every living being.

In 2018, I decided to explore the coloring books market and if I would be able to apply any of my current ideas in that area.

I’m always reachable for business offers, so if you have an exciting project or you’re interested in some of my paintings/ drawings, feel free to drop me a message.
